Cancellation Policy

Regular Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee to the credit/debit card or gift certificate on file

Packages cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the package price to the credit/debit card or gift certificate on file.

Spa Takeovers cancelled less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.

No-Call, No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee or package price to the credit/debit card or gift certificate on file.


​Birthday, Punch-Cards, and other discounts and promotions are not applied to cancellation fees. -




​Ensure the card we have on file is valid with sufficient funds. Denied credit/debit card transactions will result in a charge upon booking your next appointment. If your card is denied for cancellation charges more than once, you may be asked to prepay in full before booking more appointments.

Weather Policy

The spa will close if downtown Petersburg roads are not clear or if the power is out.


In the event of a spa closing, it will be announced on all social media and on our website. Those who have appointments on the day of a spa closing will be called to be notified and given the opportunity to have their appointments rescheduled. -




Cancelling Appointments Same-Day


If the spa is open, our cancellation policies still apply. If you believe you will be snowed in and want to avoid a late cancellation fee, be sure to call in advance (amount of time dependent on your type of appointment) prior to the start of your appointment to cancel. -





Spa Etiquette

We have limited waiting area space, and the spa is to remain quiet. Anyone not receiving a service is not permitted to linger in spa areas.


This includes friends, children, and other family members. Failure to observe this policy will result in appointment cancellation and 100% charge of service fee to the credit card or gift certificate on file. -




A confirmation notification is sent 48 hours prior to your appointment; please click the link to confirm your appointment.


We send text messages and emails to confirm appointments. When making an appointment, you are sent a message with the date, time, and service scheduled. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after receiving the message, give us a call. Keep in mind, packages and Spa Takeovers require more advance notice for cancellation than regular appointments. -




Maintaining the Spa environment is of our utmost priority.


Mobile devices must be silenced or off. If you must receive notifications for personal or professional reasons, your mobile device may be placed on Vibrate. We do not permit the use of speaker phone.

Our service providers accept cash and credit gratuity. 20% is standard gratuity and is not included in any spa services or packages except for Spa Takeovers.
